About the Role:
Become a Mystery Shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores and businesses as a regular customer to assess various aspects of their operations, including customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. Youll receive payment for your time and effort, based on the complexity of the tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores and businesses to gather feedback on their customer service and operations.
- Provide detailed reports on the observed conditions and customer interactions.
- Assess store cleanliness and compliance standards (e.g., alcohol sales).
- Carry out mobile phone inquiries or complete home demonstrations (optional).
- Order and evaluate meals, to assess quality and service in restaurants or grocery stores.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to act as a normal customer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and attention to detail.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, based on assignment complexity.
