About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This is a flexible, self-employed role where you’ll evaluate stores and services to ensure quality standards are met, from retail experiences to food service. There’s no limit to assignments, from in-store visits to telephone inquiries and home demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments in retail stores, restaurants, or other businesses, posing as a typical customer.
- Evaluate the customer service experience, cleanliness, and product availability.
- Assess compliance with regulations, such as underage alcohol sales.
- Provide detailed feedback on your experience through reports and assessments.
- Complete telephone inquiries and home demonstrations as needed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong observation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide objective and detailed feedback
- Reliable transportation and availability to complete assignments
Job Facilities/Benefits:
