About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a UK-based company. This role involves assessing shops and services to provide feedback on customer experience and compliance standards. Flexible work options are available, including home-based assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a ‘normal customer’ in shops and/or services, observing and recording customer service interactions, store cleanliness, and compliance.
- Carry out assigned tasks, which may include trying on clothes, making phone inquiries, completing home demonstrations, or ordering and reviewing meals.
- Complete reports accurately and thoroughly to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure all assignments are completed according to the detailed instructions in our Job Board.
