About the Role:
Become a Mystery Shopper for Tern, a free, flexible role where you’ll assess customer service, cleanliness, or complete various tasks in stores or via phone. Your insights help improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert evaluations of retail locations or complete phone/home-based assignments.
- Assess customer service interactions and store environments.
- Report findings accurately and thoroughly.
- Follow provided guidelines for each assignment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to complete various tasks, both in-person and remotely.
- Reliable transportation and access to target locations (if applicable).
- A professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
