About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free opportunity to be paid for your shopping experience. You’ll undertake various covert shopping assignments, assessing stores and services. The rate is based on the task’s complexity, and is equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a ‘normal customer’ to evaluate stores and services.
- Complete assignments that may include shopping for clothes, mobile phone inquiries, grocery store compliance checks or restaurant visits.
- Provide detailed feedback on aspects like cleanliness, customer service, and product availability.
- Complete assignments as required, which may include home demonstration visits and phone enquiries.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with various shopping tasks including different product types (optional).
