About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Shop in stores as a ‘normal’ customer.
- Assess and record customer service interactions.
- Evaluate store cleanliness and presentation.
- Document findings for feedback on products or services.
- Conduct mobile phone enquiries or home demonstrations (remote options available).
- Follow instructions and guidelines from Tern regarding each assignment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to remain discreet and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned instructions.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Variable fees based on assignment complexity, equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
