About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free service, and get paid to shop! You will be a ‘normal customer’ and assess stores and services in various ways, from checking customer service to evaluating cleanliness. Your compensation will vary based on the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shop and observe store conditions and service standards.
- Assess customer service interactions and feedback.
- Conduct inquiries to assess product knowledge.
- Perform tasks as directed by the assigned mystery shopping assignments.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and critical evaluation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to shop and evaluate various settings.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, dependent upon the assignment.
