About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting various stores and providing feedback on customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. You’ll be acting as a regular customer to collect valuable information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert shopping assignments at various retail locations.
- Provide feedback on customer service interactions.
- Assess store cleanliness and presentation.
- Evaluate product displays and availability.
- Complete tasks such as mobile phone inquiries, trying on clothes, ordering food, and/or checking underage alcohol purchasing procedures.
- Report findings according to the terms of the assignment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Ability to act as a regular customer in a discreet and professional manner.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to complete different types of mystery shopping assignments.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
