About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores and/or making phone calls as a ‘normal customer’ to assess various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out assigned mystery shopping tasks.
- Report findings on store cleanliness, customer service, or specific product or service evaluations.
- Provide feedback on store compliance, (e.g. age verification for alcohol)
- Participate in covert evaluations of products and services.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when acting as a ‘normal customer’.
- Attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Customer service experience (desirable).
