About the Role:
Become a Mystery Shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting stores, posing as a regular customer, and assessing various aspects of the customer experience. You’ll play a crucial role in providing valuable feedback to improve services and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mystery shopping assignments at various retail locations.
- Provide detailed reports on your shopping experiences.
- Assess customer service quality, store cleanliness, and product displays.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, such as underage alcohol sales.
- Complete tasks ranging from trying on clothes to making mobile phone inquiries or ordering and enjoying a meal.
- Document observations and provide actionable feedback, including photographic evidence where appropriate.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A friendly and approachable manner in order to blend in with the store environment.
- Willingness to adapt and follow guidelines for each assignment.
