About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves evaluating stores and services, providing feedback on customer service and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores or participate in online evaluations as a ‘normal’ customer.
- Assess customer service, cleanliness, and compliance (e.g., alcohol sales).
- Complete tasks as directed, including trying on clothes or conducting phone inquiries.
- Provide detailed feedback on your experiences.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while acting as a customer.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Willingness to adapt to varying tasks and environments.
- Reliability and a commitment to accuracy.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Pay based on task complexity, equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
