About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves posing as a regular customer to evaluate various aspects of stores, including customer service and cleanliness. It’s a flexible role, with both in-store and remote options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores or complete tasks remotely (e.g., phone inquiries, home demonstrations).
- Assess store environments and customer service levels.
- Report on observations and compliance issues.
- Comply with assigned tasks and guidelines.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion as a mystery shopper.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in the use of technology.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Payment based on task complexity, equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
