Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting mystery shopping assignments, acting as a typical customer.

- Providing detailed feedback on customer service quality.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and/or note-taking.
- Basic understanding of retail operations (desirable but not essential).
