About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This exciting opportunity allows you to evaluate various aspects of customer service and product quality at UK stores. Whether it’s assessing cleanliness, customer service, or underage alcohol checks, your insights will help improve local businesses. You can work from home on various tasks, including telephone inquiries and home demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert evaluations of retail stores, products, and services.
- Assess customer service interactions and provide feedback on store practices.
- Complete tasks ranging from trying on clothes to conducting mobile phone inquiries or ordering and reviewing meals.
- Compile reports on observed behaviours and processes, including feedback on customer service and store cleanliness.
- Potentially assess underage alcohol purchasing policies at grocery stores.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a covert capacity.
- Willingness to shop at different locations.
- Experience in participating in various scenarios, such as home visits and telephone inquiries.
- Ability to understand and interpret data to report back observations.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, with visit fees detailed on the job board.
