Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert evaluations of stores and services.
- Assess customer service, cleanliness, and product displays.
- Provide detailed feedback on specific products or service aspects.
- Complete store visits according to set parameters.
- Evaluate grocery store compliance (where applicable).
- Carry out mobile phone enquiries or home demonstration visits (if applicable).
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to accurately report on observations.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Willingness to shop across various retail categories.
