About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves discreetly evaluating stores and services, providing feedback on customer service, store cleanliness, and other aspects of the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit various stores and businesses (in-person, via phone, or through online home demonstrations).
- Observe and assess customer service interactions.
- Evaluate store cleanliness and presentation.
- Document findings and provide detailed feedback through online reporting methods.
- Perform specified tasks, such as trying on clothing, carrying out phone inquiries, or ordering and enjoying a meal.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and discretion procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with the products or services being evaluated.
- Willingness to visit various locations and perform different tasks.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Compensation based on the complexity of the assignment, equivalent to or above the National Minimum Wage.
