About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free service where you’ll assess various aspects of businesses. This role offers flexibility with assignments ranging from in-store visits to phone inquiries and home demonstrations, depending on the complexity of the task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores to evaluate services, products, and customer interactions.
- Complete tasks like trying on clothes, making phone inquiries, or assessing store cleanliness.
- Assess and report on customer service standards, and business compliance.
- Order and evaluate food and beverage offerings.
- Participate in telephone inquiries and home demonstration visits (if applicable)
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed and honest feedback.
- Attention to detail and observation skills.
- Willingness to visit various locations and complete diverse tasks.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Fees vary by assignment and are equivalent to the National Minimum Wage.
- Detailed visit fees are available on the Job Board.
