About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a customer in various retail environments (e.g., shops, grocery stores, or make phone inquiries).
- Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
- Report findings and observations on service experiences.
- Assess products and services for accuracy or any compliance issues.
- Complete assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed feedback.
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- Confident and discreet to maintain anonymity as a shopper.
- Flexibility to work various locations and types of stores.
