About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern, a completely free service with no assignment limits. You’ll pose as a typical customer, assessing various aspects of stores and services, from customer service quality to store cleanliness. This role can involve a wide range of tasks, from trying on clothes to conducting mobile phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a ‘normal customer’ to evaluate various stores and services.
- Carry out tasks such as trying on clothes, conducting phone inquiries, and assessing store cleanliness.
- Assess customer service interactions and overall store conditions.
- Potentially check for compliance with underage alcohol sales regulations (grocery stores).
- Order and evaluate food items.
- Complete tasks based on the complexity of the assignment.
