About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This role involves visiting various stores and completing tasks to evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and product availability. You will be compensated based on the complexity of the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct covert mystery shopping assignments in various stores.
- Assess customer service, store cleanliness, and product availability.
- Report observations on product displays, staff conduct, and store atmosphere.
- Comply with all store and company policies during shopping visits.
- Collect and document information on each assignment.
- Submit comprehensive reports on shopping visits.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.
- Effective communication skills to describe findings.
- Ability to complete tasks as directed.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
