About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various shopping tasks, such as trying on clothes, carrying out phone inquiries, or assessing store cleanliness.
- Assess customer service interactions.
- Report on store compliance with regulations (e.g., underage alcohol purchasing).
- Order and review meals at restaurants.
- Complete telephone inquiries or home demonstrations (if applicable).
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong observation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to provide detailed feedback.
- Willingness to visit stores or restaurants in South Yorkshire.
- Availability for varied tasks.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Earning equivalent to the National Minimum Wage, depending on the task complexity.
