About the Role:
Become a mystery shopper for Tern and get paid to shop! This is a flexible, self-employed role where you’ll visit stores, restaurants, or participate in phone/home demonstrations to assess customer service, cleanliness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a normal customer to assess various aspects of business operations, such as customer service, product displays, and store compliance.
- Conduct in-person and phone assessments or home demonstrations.
- Provide detailed feedback on store environment and customer service interactions.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures during visits.
- Document observations accurately and thoroughly.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Basic familiarity with different stores and products.
- Reliability and time management skills.
