Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail locations as a customer.
- Evaluate customer service and store environments.

- Conduct phone inquiries or home demonstrations (if applicable).
- Provide feedback on various shopping scenarios.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain discreet and observant in various retail settings.
- Familiarity with different product categories (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to locations.
- Ability to document and report findings accurately.
