About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee the smooth operation of our Inverness Airport hotel reception desk from 10:45pm to 7:15am. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent guest experiences and efficient nightly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests throughout the night.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations effectively.
- Manage and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the daytime reception team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide complete handover reports and updates to the daytime team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills (English, verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, including hotel management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
