About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with best practices in early childhood education.
- Manage staff schedules and performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Liaise with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Monitor children’s progress and development, adapting activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress and other essential data.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or similar role.
- Thorough understanding of early childhood development theories and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Knowledge of child protection procedures.
