About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Nursery Practitioners to nurture and support the educational and social development of babies and young children up to five years old. This role is crucial in providing a stimulating and safe environment for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care, including feeding, changing, and toilet training.
- Develop and lead engaging activities promoting learning in social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.
- Observe children’s development and identify any concerns.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for exploration and independent learning.
- Maintain detailed records of children’s progress, including milestones and developmental needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents about child’s progress and any concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
