Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting nursing staff in maintaining patient well-being and dignity.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Adhering to relevant trust policies and procedures.
- Providing professional and polite service to patients.
- Supporting safeguarding principles for patients and escalating concerns to registered nurses.
- Working in close collaboration with the Infection Control Team.
- Ensuring the monitoring of clinical practice at the agreed frequency.
- Maintaining cleanliness and standards of department environments.
Skills and Expertise:
- Relevant nursing qualifications.
- Experience in an outpatient setting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Understanding of patient safety and confidentiality procedures.
