About the Role:

This role combines the expertise of an Occupational Therapist with the supportive role of a Keyworker. The key purpose of the position is to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals, ensuring their well-being and engagement in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualised care plans for clients.
  • Implement interventions tailored to meet specific needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Promote independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and services.
  • Document and report on client progress.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with relevant UK experience.
  • Proven ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
