Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and provide advanced care to patients.
  • Supervise junior staff and support workers.
  • Work across all sites of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
  • Assist the Clinical Lead in planning, coordinating, developing, and evaluating service delivery.
  • Act as a specialist resource for the therapy service and other professions.
  • Work weekends as part of contracted hours (after induction and competency achievement).
  • Participate in overnight on-call rota (for physiotherapy services with on-call) after induction and competency achievement.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Advanced knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles.
  • Experience in leading and supervising teams.
  • Proven ability in providing patient-centered care.
