Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and provide advanced care to patients.
- Supervise junior staff and support workers.
- Work across all sites of Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
- Assist the Clinical Lead in planning, coordinating, developing, and evaluating service delivery.
- Act as a specialist resource for the therapy service and other professions.
- Work weekends as part of contracted hours (after induction and competency achievement).
- Participate in overnight on-call rota (for physiotherapy services with on-call) after induction and competency achievement.
Skills and Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of Occupational Therapy principles.
- Experience in leading and supervising teams.
- Proven ability in providing patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement methodologies.
