About the Role:
A forward-thinking global freight forwarding company is recruiting an Ocean Export Coordinator to join their team in South Gloucestershire. This role plays a key part in the smooth processing of ocean export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and preparing files for import.
- Receiving and processing shipment documents.
- Processing shipments efficiently.
- Monitoring shipments throughout the process.
- Generating invoices.
Skills and Expertise:
- Administrative or customer service background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to learn new software packages quickly.
- Experience with CRM systems (beneficial, but not essential).
- Export administration, ocean export, freight or customer service experience (desirable).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 23,000 to 28,000 per annum
- Permanent position
- 09:00am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday
- 33 days holiday
