About the Role:
Supervise daily office operations at St Peter the Apostle High School during term time. Maintain smooth running of the office and ensure efficient support for school staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock.
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage reception duties.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate office records, following school policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to teachers and staff.
- Assist with maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and respond to incoming student and parent inquiries.
- Liaise with external contacts such as parents and stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in office administration (desirable).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
