About the Role:
This role is for a high-profile main contractor in the water industry. You will lead all aspects of project delivery for a major water provider, from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with project management to ensure safe project delivery.
- Account for successful project delivery within budget.
- Engage with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
- Define programmes of work and develop risk management plans.
- Monitor financial performance and progress against project plans.
- Ensure activities meet programme outputs and expected standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience managing projects (Civil & MEICA) in the water industry throughout the lifecycle.
- Knowledge of NEC form of contract.
- Experience with budget management and profit & loss.
- Strong understanding of programme delivery processes.
- Financial awareness and ability to work to budgets.
