- Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, logistics, execution, and client relationship management.
- Create and maintain a culture fostering individual and team development, reviewing and improving service standards.
- Innovate and delegate effectively for successful delivery.
- Exhibit strong commercial and strategic acumen.
- Manage risk effectively through analytical prowess, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Identify new opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Experience in the Contract Catering market.
- Proactive attitude and ability to generate energy and ideas for site teams.
- Progressive background in catering, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to benefit the company and clients.
- Passion for food and customer service, with demonstrable analytical problem-solving ability.
