- Conduct investigations and meetings to resolve operational issues.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching for improved team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction, addressing feedback and enhancing service.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven experience managing teams and building client relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
- 5-year checkable history for BS7858 vetting and screening.
