About the Role:
Make a meaningful impact as a Paediatric Community Care Assistant in Runcorn, supporting a teenage girl with complex medical needs at home. This role requires dedicated and skilled individuals with experience in delivering personalized care, including specialist clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily personal care tasks for the child.
- Promoting independence and autonomy in the child’s daily life.
- Ensuring safe medication administration.
- Providing advanced clinical care, including support for Jeune thoracic dystrophy, permanent tracheostomy, and invasive ventilation.
Skills and Expertise:
- Minimum 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
- Ability to assist clients with limited mobility.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential).
