About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a busy bodyshop in Castleford. This role will involve repairing and restoring damaged vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality workmanship and meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replacement of Panels
- Removing and replacing vehicle body shells
- Panel Straightening and Filling
- Body Alignment
- Welding and Bonding
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater/Technician
- NVQ Level 3 Panel Beater qualification or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Efficiency and hard work
- ATA qualification preferred
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to 39,780 (dependent on experience)
- OTE: 44,780
- Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30, no weekends
