About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Wirer to join our team. This permanent role involves assembling and wiring control panels with a focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire control panels according to technical specifications and diagrams, ensuring precision and quality.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on wiring and components to meet safety standards and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area complying with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and product quality by participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document completed work, track electrical components, and manage inventory.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or similar electrical assembly role.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical wiring issues.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
