About the Role:

Manor Primary School seeks a part-time, enthusiastic Office Administrator to support key transition times in the morning. This varied role provides opportunities for developing administrative skills and knowledge within a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support office transition times in the morning.
  • Develop knowledge and skills across the administrative department.
  • Manage interactions with parents, carers, and pupils professionally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure child safeguarding.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
  • Maintain and update website content (if applicable).
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the office manager and leadership team.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Warm, caring, and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Bromcom, Parentpay, and PSF (desirable).
  • Experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and child safeguarding.
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (A-C).
