About the Role:
Join a small, dedicated team (4-6 members) at Machine Mart, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This part-time role (up to 27 hours per week) involves explaining technical equipment, providing honest advice, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Explaining technical equipment clearly.
- Providing honest advice and building rapport with customers.
- Exceeding customer expectations and addressing concerns.
- Working collaboratively to achieve sales targets.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience selling technical products.
- Experience in retail customer service.
- Experience dealing with customers effectively.
- Knowledge of our product range (some or all).
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Self-motivated and a “can-do” attitude.
