About the Role:
Join Diaverum’s exciting renal nursing team in Gloucester! This part-time opportunity caters to experienced and soon-to-be qualified NMC Registered Nurses, offering a dynamic dialysis environment and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical activities.
- Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems.
- Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC Registered General Nurse
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
- Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
- Excellent English communication skills
- Clinical experience in a renal setting (preferred, but not essential)
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Part-time position (22 hours per week)
- Monday to Saturday shifts, no night or Sunday work
- Starting Salary up to 33,719 (based on dialysis experience)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after full-time hours
