About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Essex. This role offers a 2-3 day a week schedule and no OOHs, allowing you to balance work with personal life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate veterinary care to small animals.
- Conduct diagnostic examinations and treatments.
- Manage patient records and administer medications.
- Participate in preventative care and health education for pet owners.
- Work within the practice’s existing team to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the practice setting.
Skills and Expertise:
- RVCS qualified Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience in small animal practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using veterinary diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of animal anatomy and physiology.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Excellent salary up to 60,000 DOE pro rata.
