About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality pastry items for the restaurant.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to meet guest expectations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service flow in the pastry section.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of pastry menus.
- Adhere to the highest standards of culinary excellence.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a 2 AA Rosette or equivalent setting.
- Thorough knowledge and expertise in fresh produce preparation.
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie.
- NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications.
- Food hygiene certificate.
- Experience in a small luxury hotel setting.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Passionate and dedicated work ethic.
