Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative PE curricula that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Manage and motivate a team of PE staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Lead and deliver high-quality teaching and learning sessions.
- Plan and execute extracurricular PE activities, enhancing students’ holistic development.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching approaches to address individual needs.
- Collaborate with other staff members to align PE programmes with school-wide objectives.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Head of Department or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and passion for teaching and learning in PE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
