About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design and implement scalable Business Process Management (BPM) solutions using the Pega Platform. This role involves developing and customizing Pega applications, integrating systems, and enhancing functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Pega Platform solutions using Pega PRPC.
- Develop and customize BPM applications to meet organizational needs.
- Debug and optimize application performance using Pega Tracer and Pega JSP.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems via SOAP, REST, OAuth2, and LDAP APIs.
- Develop and enhance Pega applications using SQL, JavaScript, XML, and JQuery.
- Build automated workflows with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Implement and maintain RBAC, SSO, and other security protocols.
- Utilize OAuth2 and LDAP for authentication and access management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design, and implementation.
- Create reusable components using Pega PRPC.
- Manage containerization of applications with Docker.
- Document application design, technical specifications, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct code reviews and follow Pega development standards.
- Participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet requirements and are defect-free.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience with Pega Platform and Pega PRPC.
- Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM).
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, JQuery, and API integrations.
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Pega certification (e.g., CSSA, CSA, CPDC) is desirable.
- Familiarity with OAuth2, LDAP, SSO, RBAC, and security best practices.
- Strong debugging skills using Pega Tracer and Pega JSP.
- Experience with Docker containerization.
- Experience with Pega Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
