About the Role:
This role focuses on providing high-quality, compliant, and responsive people administration services for United Response colleagues. It includes handling first-line inquiries and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage first-line enquiries for United Response colleagues.
- Provide onboarding services for new joiners and offboarding for leavers.
- Partner with community areas and the wider People Team to deliver people administration services.
- Maintain accurate records and data in relevant databases.
- Identify and resolve people-related issues or escalate as necessary.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, both written and verbal.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with IT systems and databases, including data input, extraction, and analysis.
- Knowledge of people policies, processes, and benefits.
