About the Role:

This role focuses on providing high-quality, compliant, and responsive people administration services for United Response colleagues. It includes handling first-line inquiries and managing onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage first-line enquiries for United Response colleagues.
  • Provide onboarding services for new joiners and offboarding for leavers.
  • Partner with community areas and the wider People Team to deliver people administration services.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in relevant databases.
  • Identify and resolve people-related issues or escalate as necessary.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience with IT systems and databases, including data input, extraction, and analysis.
  • Knowledge of people policies, processes, and benefits.
