About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical periodontal care.
- Lead and manage the periodontal team.

- Participate in strategic planning for the service.
- Contribute to clinical governance and service management.
- Conduct teaching, examinations, and accreditation duties.

- Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the business plan.
- Maintain and enhance staff productivity and job satisfaction.
- Conduct work within the contracted service level.
