About the Role:

Seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to provide essential support to a disabled lady and her son with ASD. Key responsibilities include accompanying the son to activities, assisting with parenting tasks during school holidays, and providing emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany son to football club (Tuesdays) and park visits (Fridays).
  • Assist with parenting responsibilities during school holidays.
  • Support the lady in her daily tasks and community involvement.
  • Transportation of the son and mother to their respective activities.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Valid UK driving license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and patience.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of the support needs for children with disabilities.
  • Proactive and responsible approach to tasks.

Job Facilities/Benefits:

  • 15.00 per hour.
  • Up to 8 hours per week, Tuesday and Friday afternoons/evenings.
  • 6-month probation period.
  • Holiday entitlement equivalent to 5.6 consecutive weeks of work.
