About the Role:

This role requires a dedicated and supportive Personal Assistant for a young girl with hearing difficulties in Swansea. The assistant will provide personalized care, supervision, and companionship, including accompanying her on outings, walks, and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the young girl on walks.
  • Accompanying her on outings in Swansea and further afield.
  • Taking her out for meals.
  • Attending events and entertainment venues.
  • Ensuring her safety and supervision at all times.
  • Teaching her about the areas of Swansea.

Job Facilities/Benefits:

  • 6 hours during school term.
  • 10 hours during school holidays.
  • 12.00 hourly rate.
  • Support provided by Swansea Council, including DBS processing.
  • Formal employment with a six-month probationary period.
  • Monthly salary with appropriate holiday pay.
