About the Role:

A dedicated Personal Assistant is needed to support a young boy with ASD and ADHD, ensuring safe and engaging social activities. The successful candidate will prioritize the child’s well-being, safety, and needs in a flexible manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport the child to social and play spaces.
  • Provide support and care in social situations.
  • Ensure the child’s safety and well-being during outings, including road safety and playground safety.
  • Maintain a calm and supportive environment for the child.
  • Adapt activities based on the child’s needs and reactions.
  • Respect the childs privacy and confidentiality.
  • Follow all instructions provided by the child and family.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Experience working with children with ASD and ADHD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling various situations.
  • Valid driving license and appropriate car insurance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
