About the Role:

This Band 6 Physiotherapist position in Lincolnshire focuses on the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with diverse physical conditions. The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform highly skilled physiotherapy assessments of patients referred by various healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize clinical reasoning skills to provide accurate clinical diagnoses.
  • Formulate, develop, and deliver specialized, individualized treatment programs.
  • Adhere to Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health Professions Council (HPC) standards and codes of practice.
  • Ensure adherence to regional healthcare governance policy.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to obtain informed consent and maximize rehabilitation potential.
  • Manage and prioritize clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
  • Expertise in evidence-based practice.
  • Advanced manual assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a clinical caseload.
  • Adherence to professional standards of the CSP and HPC.
  • Knowledge of NHS Core NHSC1, NHSC2, NHSC4, NHS Health & Wellbeing HWB6, HWB7, and NHSC5.
